| Conditions All bookings run from Saturday after 3:00 p.m. to Saturday before 11:00 am unless otherwise agreed. Terms are normally a 50% booking deposit and the balance within 6 weeks of date. Payable to J.M.Smith. We also require a security deposit of £100. This will be refunded less breakage and variable charges detailed below (electricity, cleaning etc.). The charge for linen (bedding and towels) is £10 per person payable in advance. The rental includes 60 Swiss francs (c£25) per week for electricity. Any extra is charged at cost. Basic cleaning costs are included in the rental providing the property is left in a tidy state. (A levy of approximately SFr 60 (£25) will be payable if not depending on the amount of cleaning.) Rentals above 2 weeks attract a negotiable discount. Occupancies above 6 incur a negotiable surcharge. In accordance with Swiss law a Tourist tax of 1 Swiss franc per adult and half a franc for children under 16 per night is payable to the local development agency Christmas rental periods are negotiable. Additional part weeks may be booked depending on availability at pro rate rates per day. The minimum rental charge is for one week. Payment may be made in Swiss francs at prevailing exchange rate if preferred. |
